For those members who plan to attend General Grand Chapter in Tulsa, OK, you may now send in your housing requests.

To get the Housing form from the GGC website, you may use the following instructions:

Go to the General Grand Chapter OES website. Click on GGC Assembly 2009, then click on 2009 Triennial Assembly.

Scroll down the page and click on and print the 2009 GGC Housing Form.

Once you have the 2009 GGC Housing Form, complete it according to the instructions on the Housing Memo, except for one item. In the middle of the Housing Form page, there is a place to indicate 3 choices of Priority Group or Jurisdiction. For Texas and Nova Scotia/Prince Edward Island people, write "2009-2012 Headquarters - Crown Plaza" on the first line. Leave the other two lines blank. Complete the rest of the form and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of the page. (*See the bottom of this article for a fill-in housing form. Just save it to your computer, fill it out, print, and mail.)

DO NOT try to email the form. According to the GGC Housing Chairman in Oklahoma, this will ensure that you will be placed in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Tulsa.
